I love how much this series has changed.
Even though the improved animation might be off to older fans since the alien-like movements of the older episodes were creepier, this HD smooth animation is honestly better. It makes it look more genuine, and of course the older episodes have stilted animation since y'know, they're older. I also think the animation makes grossout scenes like Salad making the new Hubert just that more fun to be grossed out by.

I think this series still has the dark and surreal charm it's established itself for years, and I love this particular episode because it gave us entirely new background to Salad Fingers as a character.

I'm not that big a fan of theory/speculation but I do enjoy seeing other perspectives on something like Salad Fingers. And, for the longest time, we only really had symbolism for viewers to theorize on Salad Fingers' past. But now we have clear visuals that show these things.

Aside from everything else, I hope Salad Fingers continues to thrive as a creepy internet phenomenon that will persist for generations. Nice work, Firth! :)
